How to generate a QA report in the Text United web app

Both translators and project managers are able to generate a QA report and check for potential errors.
For project managers, open the project details page and click on the QA report option which is located below the "Complete project" button.

Translators and proofreaders can generate the QA report directly from the translation editor. The option is located in the menu above the Translation Memory proposals.

The QA report will contain:

  • Warnings (numeric mismatch, double spaces etc.)

  • Translation consistency (the same sentences translated differently?)

  • Terminology use (did the translator use all terminology proposals?)

It takes a few moments for the report to be generated, depending on the translation project size. The report will appear in a new tab in your browser window.
