How to translate Power Point presentations
A file with the PPTX file extension is a Microsoft PowerPoint Open XML Presentation file. These files are used to store slide show presentations.

Make sure that the file format is PPTX (Microsoft Power Point 2007 and newer versions)

If the files are .ppt, convert them to .pptx

All texts in slides and master slides are considered translatable
